We all long for a better, fuller life, but the path to getting there is often fraught with challenges. When we make a conscious decision to change, we embark on a journey of personal growth and transformation. The Vitality Metamorphosis programme is your companion on this journey.
The power of group energy is invaluable. When we surround ourselves with people who share similar goals and values, we can achieve much more and go further than we could on our own. Group support, motivation and inspiration are the key elements that push us forward, even when the road seems difficult.
Our online programme is an opportunity to connect with each other to help us achieve the goals we want. Together we will overcome challenges, share experiences and encourage each other to move forward. At the same time, each of us contributes with our own energy to a better atmosphere and to the common results.
To help you get the most out of our programme, we have prepared some initial guidance and materials in the introductory modules so that those of you who want to can work through them in peace before starting the programme.

Announcements
The modules in the online platform will be gradually opened up. This will allow you to gradually integrate the knowledge and techniques into your daily routines, which has proven to be the most effective.
The online classroom will have recordings of the lectures, at least the live FB closed-door broadcasts will be recorded and will stay with you forever so you can follow the programme whenever time allows.
Today we are opening our joint training so that you can all log in and have a look at the starter materials in peace and sign up for our new Facebook (FB) group Vitality Metamorphosis in 21 Days. Other materials, lessons and videos will be added tomorrow after 8pm.
Tomorrow, Thursday 30.5. at 20:00, which is also a very energetically supportive day, we will also see you live in the FB group.
Together we'll take a look at what's coming up this week and answer any questions you may have, look at timetables, measurements, materials, etc.
With our team of experts, we'll support and empower you with simple, science-based approaches that are proven in practice.
