  1. How can I get the most out of the programme? To make the most of the programme, join the closed Facebook group LifeUp. Be present, participate, follow and review the programme modules regularly. Participate in the weekly question and answer sessions that will be held in the closed LifeUp group. Don't forget to take advantage of the extra bonuses in each module.
  2. What should I do if I can't keep up with the Modules and I fall behind? Is it important that I do the Modules in order? Although it is ideal to follow the order of the modules, as they are designed to take you step by step through the programme, the most important thing is to work at your own pace. If you fall behind, don't stress. Try to catch up when you have time, but remember that it is the understanding and implementation of the content that is important, not the rush.

All content is available in the form of videos and written documents, which are available to you on the online platform. Weekly meetings with Dr Tina Prodnik are organised live in a Facebook group and these recordings remain there.
