LIFEUP GROUP 1 TIMETABLE.

The recordings are stored on this platform, in the LifeUP FB group and in the Vibrant Longevity Institute FB group.

First week

We start by preparing the environment and food. We will also slowly eliminate certain foods and replace them with vibrant, supportive foods.

Friday, 12 May, at 20:00: Answers to questions in the Vibrant Longevity Institute group.

Monday, 15 May, 7 pm: Live with Dr Tina Prodnik in the LifeUP group.

Tuesday, 16 May, 9 am: Yoga with Luc Richard in the Vibrant Longevity Institute group.

Wednesday, 17 May, at 8 am: The Tao of Secrets with Matej Cvikl in the Vibrant Longevity Institute group.

Second week

We have eliminated unsupportive foods and introduced time-restricted feeding. We are slowly starting to prepare for the 5-day challenge. 

Monday, 22 May, 7 pm: Kundalini yoga with Sandra Laznik in the Vibrant Longevity group.

Monday, 22 May, 8 pm: Live with Dr Tina Prodnik in the LifeUP group.

Tuesday 23 May at 8.30 am: Strength exercises with Luc Richard in the Vibrant Longevity Institute group.

Wednesday, 24 May, at 8 am: Tao of Secrets with Matej Cvikl in the group of Institut Vibrant Longevit.

Wednesday, 24 May, 7 pm: A conversation with Shana Flogie in the Vibrant Longevity group.

Thursday, 25 May, 5pm: Preparing for the 5-day Live Challenge in the LifeUP group.

Week 3

Starting the 5-day challenge! At the end of the 5 days, slowly introduce the food and decide what kind of will be our new habits that will support all our layers or levels Physical, Mental and Energy.
