Supporting meditations
The meditations we have prepared for you are based on binaural rhythms.
Binaural therapy is a form of sound wave therapy. It takes advantage of the fact that the right and left ears receive each tone at slightly different frequencies, but the brain perceives them in a unified way.
Binaural music is combined with Solfeggio frequencies in these meditations to increase the effect on your concentration, calm your mind, reduce stress and help to restore your body and mind (headphones recommended).

To achieve optimal results using meditation in LifeUP, we recommend:
Set a time: Choose two suitable times in the day to meditate. For example, in the morning after waking up and in the evening before going to bed.
Find a quiet environment: Create a comfortable and calm environment where you can focus on meditation.
Relax: Sit or lie down comfortably. Close your eyes and feel your body. Begin with deep breaths in and out to relax your body and mind.
Focus on your breathing: Focus your attention on your breathing. Notice your in-breath and out-breath, and go deeper into the sensations. Be present in the moment.
Just observe the thoughts: During meditation, thoughts will arise. Observe them, but don't get involved in them and just calmly return to the breathing and they will go away on their own.
Duration of meditation: You can start by setting yourself a meditation goal of 10-25 minutes. You can gradually increase the meditation time.
Regular practice: It is important to maintain a regular meditation practice. Set a time and stick to your schedule. Over time, you will begin to feel the benefits of regular meditation on your well-being and life.
