Cell Renew: Take 2 capsules in the morning, or one capsule in the morning and one in the afternoon, with a large glass of water.
Bindtox: In the evening, take 2 capsules with a large glass of water. The activated charcoal in Bindtox may reduce the effectiveness of concomitantly ingested medicines due to its ability to be absorbed. When taking medicines and Bindtox at the same time, it is important to allow at least two hours between taking the medicines and taking Bindtox. Milk, ice cream and dairy products may reduce the binding capacity of activated charcoal.
