Where am I?
When we know and honestly admit where we are, we can objectively set our goals and determine our path. Often, due to the overload of work, chores and other commitments, we do not see the true picture or see it distorted. That's why we have developed various measurements and health questionnaires so that you can objectively assess where you are in different areas of your health, energy and vitality.
Why is measurement important?
Measuring your progress is key to understanding how your body and mind are responding to the changes you are making. By tracking different parameters, you will be able to see what works for you and what doesn't, and adjust your approach accordingly. At the same time, this teaches us to observe ourselves and increases our intuition about our own bodies, allowing us to pick up more quickly on the signs our bodies are giving us.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEASUREMENTS - BEFORE AND AFTER THE PROGRAMME
1. Initial and final measurement
Initial and final measurement is a recommended step in the Vitality Metamorphosis programme, as it will help you monitor your progress towards better health, vitality and well-being. We recommend that you take the measurements consistently at the same time of day and under the same conditions.
2. Health questionnaires - before and after the programme
To ensure a holistic approach to your health and vitality, the Vitality Metamorphosis programme has developed a set of questionnaires to assess your health, habits and metabolism. Our aim is to give you a holistic overview of your current situation and to monitor your progress through the programme.
Symptom questionnaire: this questionnaire will help you assess any symptoms you may be experiencing and can show you to what extent the balance in your body is out of balance.
Insulin resistance questionnaire: this questionnaire will help you understand how your body metabolises sugar and whether you are showing signs of insulin resistance.
Metabolism questionnaire: assess your metabolism and find out how efficiently your body converts food into energy.
Sleep questionnaire: this questionnaire will help you assess the quality and quantity of your sleep.
Our programme is based on integrative approaches, so we aim to take a holistic view of your health. These questionnaires will give you a more detailed insight into the different aspects of your health, allowing you to better understand your needs and goals.
